1. How & When can I get the price?

Emailing us your inquiry or communicate online, stating your specifications (product, material, size, quantity etc.). We usually quote within 24 hours. Please call us or inform in your email when it is urgent, we will regard your inquiry as a priority.

2. How can I get the samples?

We provide samples for your requests.Sample charge is refundable after order placed and the quantity reaching the requirement. Free sample is provided of which products already existed or easy to make.

3. How much is the freight of samples?

Freight depends on the weight, packing size, destination, delivery carrier.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

Samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7days. 3-5 days to reach via express such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS. That depends on exsited products.

5. What kinds of files do you accept for OEM?

PDF, CDR, AI, high resolution JPG

6. Can you do the designs for us?

Design service available. State your ideas and send us high resolution images, your Logo and text, we will help to carry out your ideas and send you finished files for confirmation.

7. How to order?

Please send us your purchase order by Email, or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological and Packing requirements etc.)
2) Delivery time
3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone & Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?

Normally 20-25 days, depends on the quantity and the season. Our suggestion: inquiry and place order 2 months earlier before you need the goods arrived.

9. What is your term of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. Choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

11. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
